I can't help but blog about this incident at a clinic (no names mentioned)
Made a trip down to get an mc and complained about having muscle aches. That doesn't really sound convincing but who cares, I need an mc. LOL
So I went in to the consultation room, and told the doctor that I had muscle ache and when she asked which part, I replied the core muscles~
Here comes the main point.
The doctor said that she'd prescribe some muscle cream for me. I asked what is the cream called (in order to avoid getting any medication cos I don't want to pay for them) and what does it contain. It was then that she realised I have drug allergy and coincidentally, the cream that she was about to give me contained the substance that I'm allergic to. Then she said she'd give me some oral medication, anarex, and I replied "ohh, I took that this morning. It's for pain relief and muscle relax right?" The doctor was shocked. I walked out of the clinic happily, without having to pay for any medication and managed to get me mc as well (:
Moral of the story:
1) I think I'm quite smart
2) The doctor almost prescribed something that I'm allergic to!!!! =.=
